Why choose the Ashley Mahoney Chocolate Loveseat 3100535?
The Ashley Mahoney Chocolate 3100535 packs a comfortable everyday seating setup into a particularly compact 53-inch width, making it useful where a full-size sofa would take up too much wall space. Soft multi-hued polyester upholstery, an attached tufted back and loose seat cushions give it a relaxed look with enough structure to stay visually tidy. Its 20-inch seat height and 22-inch seat depth provide familiar proportions for sitting back and relaxing, while the 43-inch space between the arms makes efficient use of the loveseat's smaller exterior footprint. Two accent pillows add pattern and softness to the Chocolate finish. The Mahoney is also available in Pebble (3100435), giving you a lighter neutral alternative.

Is the Ashley Mahoney Loveseat 3100535 a good fit for an apartment or small living room?
At just 53 inches wide, the Mahoney needs considerably less wall space than a full-size sofa and can leave more room for an end table, doorway or circulation path. You need at least 53 inches of clear wall width for the loveseat itself, while its 38-inch depth should still be included in the floor plan. If a coffee table sits in front, allowing about 14–18 inches between the loveseat and table helps preserve practical reach and movement. That trade-off between seating space and floor space is central to choosing a
loveseat instead of a sofa in a smaller living room.
Ashley lists a 32-inch minimum doorway width for delivery.
How much usable seating space does the Mahoney 3100535 provide?
Although the Mahoney is only 53 inches wide overall, the distance between the arms is 43 inches, so most of its compact width is devoted to the seating area. The 22-inch seat depth gives you room to settle back without moving into an extra-deep lounging position, while the 20-inch seat height is useful to compare with seating you already find comfortable. Because
seat depth changes back contact, leg position and lounging posture,
the 22-inch interior depth tells you more about how the loveseat may fit your sitting style than the exterior dimensions alone.
What are the cushions and upholstery like on the Ashley Mahoney Chocolate Loveseat 3100535?
The Mahoney uses soft multi-hued polyester upholstery in Chocolate, paired with an attached tufted back and loose seat cushions. The seat cushions are made with high-quality foam wrapped in poly fiber, while the two included accent pillows use soft polyfill. The attached back keeps the upper silhouette in place, and the loose seat cushions can be lifted or repositioned separately during normal everyday use.
