Policy Overview
We understand that accidents can happen during delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
This strict timeframe allows us to take quick action and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Unfortunately, we cannot process claims reported after the 48-hour window.
We encourage you to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues right away.
If the damage is deemed repairable by our manufacturer, we will assign a technician to repair the item at no cost to you.
To qualify for replacement or repair, you must keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
If the manufacturer approves a replacement, the original packaging will be required.
