Queen Storage Bed: Measure the Full Frame. The Belgrade Queen bed measures 66¾ inches wide and 89½ inches long according to FOA's current online specifications. These are assembled-frame dimensions, not mattress dimensions. Allow additional clearance for making the bed, accessing both sides and opening the footboard storage drawers.

Wooden Headboard vs. Ivory Upholstery: The CM7613 design features a wooden camelback headboard for a consistent rustic wood appearance. CM7614 adds a padded ivory fabric panel for softer visual contrast. Both maintain the collection's natural wood finish, Queen platform design and overall bed dimensions. This is a design choice rather than a difference in mattress size.

Four Pieces or Five: Which Is Better? Both packages contain the Queen bed, nightstand, dresser and mirror. The 5-piece version adds a 40-inch-wide chest, increasing clothing storage but also occupying additional wall and floor space. Choose the larger package when the extra drawers solve a genuine storage need.

Two Footboard Drawers Need Clearance: Belgrade's platform bed provides built-in storage at the foot. This is useful for spare linens and bedroom belongings, but drawer access can be restricted by a bench, ottoman or nearby dresser. Check the fully open drawer position before deciding where to place the bed.

Will the Wide Dresser Fit? The matching dresser measures 66 inches wide and 19 inches deep. Position it along a wall with adequate drawer clearance, leaving enough standing room to use it comfortably. The beveled mirror adds visual height but does not replace the need for practical movement space.

How to Choose the Right Bedroom Package: Start with the Queen bed footprint, then measure the nightstand and dresser locations. Only add the matching chest if the room accommodates it without crowding doors, closets and walking routes. See VBU Furniture Lab's How to Choose a Bedroom Set That Actually Fits for a practical room-first approach.

What If You Already Own Bedroom Furniture? The matching set is convenient when all included pieces are needed. If you already have nightstands or want a narrower storage cabinet, buying the individual Belgrade bed and selected case goods may provide greater flexibility. Compare the alternatives in Bedroom Set vs. Individual Pieces .

Rustic Style and Long-Term Versatility: Belgrade's natural wood finish, camelback shape and hanging drawer pulls can work with rustic, farmhouse and traditional bedroom interiors. The wooden headboard emphasizes the collection's wood character; the ivory option adds warmth through fabric without changing the coordinated case goods.

Mattress and Delivery Planning: The platform bed is mattress ready, with a separate foundation not required when its support structure is properly assembled. Mattresses are purchased separately. Because a multi-piece set contains substantial furniture, measure doorways, stair turns and room entry clearances before delivery.

VBU Fit & Function Insight: Belgrade offers an unusual combination of classic camelback styling and practical platform-bed storage. Its four selectable configurations let buyers choose between wood and ivory upholstery and between standard or expanded clothing storage. Before purchasing, prioritize the 66¾-inch bed width, 89½-inch bed length, two footboard drawer openings, 66-inch dresser width and space for the optional chest.

The 4-piece Belgrade set contains one Queen storage bed, one matching nightstand, a dresser and a mirror. SKU CM7613Q-4PC features a wooden camelback headboard, while CM7614Q-4PC has ivory upholstery. The chest is not included.

The 5-piece package adds the matching chest to the Queen bed, nightstand, dresser and mirror. The wooden-headboard version is CM7613Q-5PC-CHEST; the ivory upholstered version is CM7614Q-5PC-CHEST.

Rustic Natural Tone uses a sculpted wooden camelback headboard. Rustic Natural Tone/Ivory combines the wood frame with an ivory padded fabric headboard. Both versions share the same Queen bed size and coordinating case goods.

Yes, the Belgrade Queen platform bed includes two drawers in its footboard. Furniture of America describes it as mattress ready, so a separate box spring is not required with the specified support system. The Queen mattress is sold separately.
