Why choose the Ashley Loreo Queen Sofa Sleeper 6310139?
The Ashley Loreo 6310139 combines a broad 93-inch sofa frame with 73 inches of usable seating space between the arms, giving it a roomy everyday seating area without an especially deep 38-inch closed footprint. Softly textured Ebony polyester upholstery, loose seat cushions and included accent pillows create a relaxed contemporary look. When the room needs to accommodate overnight guests, a separate 60" × 72" memory foam mattress unfolds over a supportive steel frame. Ebony is the featured color, with Flint and Truffle also available.

How much floor space does the Ashley Loreo 6310139 use when the sleeper is open?

The Loreo measures 93 inches wide and 38 inches deep in sofa form. Once the sleeper is opened, the distance from the outside back of the sofa to the end of the bed is 91 inches. Use that 91-inch manufacturer measurement as the open-bed footprint. If the area at the foot also serves as a walkway, plan about 30–36 inches of walkway clearance beyond the sleeper, with about 36 inches preferred for a primary circulation path. That additional space is for movement through the room, not part of the sleeper itself.

How wide is the Loreo 6310139 for sitting compared with sleeping?

The sofa provides 73 inches of seating space between the arms, while the queen mattress is 60 inches wide. Those measurements describe two different uses: the 73-inch figure is the everyday seating area, while the 60-inch figure is the actual sleeping width when the mattress is opened. This distinction is useful when comparing a sofa and sleeper sofa because overall sofa width does not tell you how wide the guest bed will be.

What mattress is included with the Ashley Loreo 6310139?

The Loreo includes a bi-fold queen memory foam mattress measuring 60 inches wide, 72 inches long and 4 inches thick. It sits on a supportive steel frame, and VBU lists memory foam designed for better airflow with damask ticking around the mattress. The guest sleeping surface is separate from the sofa cushions, so everyday seating and overnight use rely on different support surfaces.

What should you measure before delivering the Loreo 6310139?

The listed minimum doorway width is 32 inches. Because the sofa itself is 93 inches wide, also check hallway width, elevator openings, stair landings and tight turns along the delivery route. A doorway can meet the 32-inch minimum and still be difficult to navigate if there is not enough room to angle or pivot the sofa.

VBU Fit & Function Analysis

Space profile
The Loreo is a wide 93" sofa but stays relatively shallow at 38" deep when closed. In sleeper mode, it extends 91" from the outside back to the end of the bed.

Seating versus sleeping
Everyday seating measures 73" between the arms, while overnight guests use a separate 60" × 72" × 4" queen memory foam mattress.
