Why choose the Ashley Havalance Lift-Top Coffee Table T994-20?
Four storage drawers give the Ashley Havalance T994-20 impressive organization within a 46-inch-wide footprint. Two deeper front drawers handle bulkier living-room items, while two smaller side drawers provide convenient places for remotes, chargers and accessories. The lift top rises to 28.88 inches high for occasional meals, laptop use or paperwork from the sofa, and casters make the table easier to reposition when needed. Its distressed vintage white base, weathered gray top and antiqued iron-tone hardware create a distinctive farmhouse two-tone look.

Can the Ashley Havalance T994-20 work in a smaller living room?

Its 46" W × 26" D footprint is moderate rather than ultra-compact, but the Havalance can make good use of space because four drawers, a lift-top surface and mobility are combined in one piece. Keeping roughly 14–18 inches between the table and sofa is a useful starting point for comfortable reach and circulation, following our coffee-table clearance and walkway guidance. When raised, the tabletop extends the overall depth to 36 inches, so the room should allow for that additional movement. The sizing principles in our coffee-table decision guide can help determine whether its proportions suit your seating arrangement.

How does the Havalance T994-20 lift top change everyday use?

The normal tabletop height is 20 inches. Once raised, the surface reaches 28.88 inches and moves closer to the sofa, creating a more convenient position for occasional dining, laptop work, writing or games. That ability to change both height and reach is one reason lift-top and standard coffee tables serve different everyday needs. The most comfortable setup will depend on your sofa seat height, seat depth and table placement.

How much storage does the Ashley Havalance T994-20 offer?

Storage is divided among four drawers plus the area beneath the lift top. The two larger front drawers measure 16.5" W × 17.88" D × 7.13" H, giving them useful capacity for larger items. Two smaller side drawers measure 15.63" W × 8" D × 3.63" H and are better suited to frequently used accessories. The lift-top opening measures 19.63" W × 21.5" D × 6" H. This combination gives the Havalance multiple storage zones instead of relying on a single compartment.
